Party Express in Port Huron

i ordered two things. a bacon cheese burger and a large bacon cheese bread. it took me 7+ phone calls for them to finally take me off hold after 4 minutes of waiting on hold each time. the employees were extremely rude. i was very polite, but i am FED UP with this. i will NOT order from here nor will recommend it to ANYONE. our delivery was also 30 minutes late. how it is ran is so childish, they don't do anything professionally. hanging up on your customers? wow so professional guys.

My wife and I who got married today at 3 went to party Express and just decided to orders a few things and go home and relax we ordered $38 worth of goods we get home they forgot the jalapeno and Mac cheese you would think if we waited out in the parking lot for a half hour put such a large order in for onion rings chicken tenders cheeseburger mozzarella sticks and jalapeno cheddar macaroni and cheese they wouldn't forget anything with us in the the parking lot well they did good food kind of so-so Service

Food is always great. Have had 1 bad experience with a rude delivery driver. But other then that they are awesome.

If they had a zero star is what I would have rated them I order a pizza the guy on the phone told me 10 minutes well 30 minutes later what a joke I wouldn't ever go back.

On a Friday they closed at 1 am i couldn't believe it the girl gave me the excuse it was because of the virus but i ordered from them on monday at 2 am

I tried to place an order, it would have come to $17.00, the price of a medium or large pizza at most places. I am about 5 miles from their location. They told me they wouldn’t deliver for less than $26! This is when gas is only $1.34 a gallon. I will NEVER order from them again! As far as I’m concerned, during this time, is like price gouging!

I go to this place at least twice a week because they're close, but also because they always make sure my order is right. Anytime I've ever had an issue, theyve always made it right. It's to the point where I dont have to call for my order to be special made, because they know me by name.

I have ordered here too many times, the only reason being they’re open so late. 1/2 the time the chicken tastes old. Twice now has my food not been delivered to me yet I have been charged. The first time my food was given to completely the wrong person. I waited too long to call the store back so I had to call in the morning, the manager/owner refused to refund my food because “someone” received it. After that I didn’t order for about 6 months. Again my food has not been delivered yet I was still charged for my food.....how does this make sense??? I didn’t even bother trying to call this time but I will be telling everyone how horrible their customer service is and how horrible my experience has been.

Food is generally great everytime. However my last trip yielded a meal fit more for a ten year old and not an adult. Not many fries and chicken pieces were small. Not happy this time. Pic included is not touched other than aluminum removed for rewarming.

Love their food... Had to be in state for a funeral so, I decided to order after I hadn't been in town for 2 years.... Charged me before delivery then never confirmed that charge was voided & charged me 2 times . they credited my account supposedly & 4 days later still not in my account or pending... Management Rude & told me about myself when I told him I know you don't have to charge the card you can reauthorize a card without charging it.....ripped off & angry... Not the first person to be taken advantage of thanks for taking money for my trip home

It's alright, I like the fact that they're open late, they have a wide variety of options to choose from on the menu and 1of the only places I know that will deliver anything sold in the store.

Ordered from there for years. Staff has become very unprofessional when trying to order. Untrained staff did not know the menu or even how to take a basic pizza order. Lady taking the order acted like it was an inconvenience for her or something. Very rude!

They've got good food at party Express and it's clean and it's reasonable

First time we ordered from here, and I have to say this place is awesome! We ordered the chicken tenders and they were great! Prices were great, definitely gonna be our go to place!

Food is good, but my last order of chicken was cold when it was delivered. Then we had to walk it all the way back to their store in the freezing cold in order to get a refund.

They go above and beyond to help everyone with everything they need.

Ordered double strawberry ice cream, got bunny tracks. No text to confirm a switch if they were out. Still a great service, but I really wanted Strawberry Ice Cream 😡

Treated extremely well by employees, deliveries are usually faster than quoted. Long term employees know me ny name and have been helpful to me in my life above and beyond, giving of themselves to help me some on thier personal time others giving help over the phone. I personally hope they are blessed in life

They always got the hook up. Cheddar Mac is amazing but way too small for price, that's okay because the tender meals make up for it. Thanks for coming in clutch. Yeehaw 🤠

I love that Fried Chicken I used to eat it everyday I have friends that come from Detroit and they want the chicken from party Express that's how good it is

This place is awesome. 2:30 Am I wanted bosco sticks. They were open and made them fresh. While I was waiting for them to get done cooking, the employee's carried on conversation and had positive attitudes.

Chicken was soggy the last two times I got it

Poor excuse of owner using Gods name In vein. I will never be going back and to top it all off the chicken tenders are dry and over cooked and the owner is very disrespectful to the customers

Am pregnant and hungry at 1 am per usual. Tried to order online and got told the next delivery time was 10am. Called to order because it says open till 3am EVERYWHERE and got told they're closed. FIX YOUR HOURS!

Easy to order from your phone using Google, the service is not the friendliest but it is very busy and appears to have a lot of traffic. Subs were good, reasonably priced too.

Called on several occasions only to be placed on hold immediately once without any type of greeting! Can't say this has me wanting to continue giving you my business, and you get a lot from us. To the woman on the phone, find a new job if you can't provide good customer service. You're going to ruin this nice owner's business. Won't be back.
